What to Bring to a Valet Bay Hire Session

A planned kit and realistic sequence help you use paid bay time efficiently. Confirm what the selected session includes before loading products or specialist equipment.

Quick answer

Bring the products and consumables needed for your planned stages, clean microfibres, suitable personal protective equipment and any specialist tools agreed in advance. Confirm included equipment, access time and power requirements before arriving.

01

Plan the job before packing

Write the intended stages in order and estimate how long each will take, including setup, drying, inspection and cleanup. A focused wash needs a different kit from extraction cleaning or machine polishing. If the list will not realistically fit the booked period, choose a longer session rather than rushing the final stages.

02

Bring products and consumables

Bring your preferred shampoos, wheel products, interior cleaners, polish, pads, coating and applicators as required. Pack enough clean microfibres for separate tasks and a safe container for used items. Do not bring unlabelled or unsuitable chemicals, and confirm any specialist product that affects ventilation or safe use.

03

Confirm which equipment is included

The facility provides indoor space, drainage, a Kranzle K7 pressure washer, inline spotless water and professional lighting. Selected longer sessions may include wet-vacuum, extraction, polishing or detailing equipment. Do not assume every tool is available with every booking; confirm the session details first.

04

Think about clothing and protection

Wear suitable closed footwear and clothes appropriate for wet work or polishing. Bring the gloves, eye protection or respiratory protection required by the products you choose, following their safety information. The person hiring the bay remains responsible for using their own chemicals and equipment correctly.

05

Leave time for handback

The booking period includes the time needed to pack products, deal with used consumables and return the working area and supplied equipment in the agreed condition. Photograph specialist vehicle details before starting if useful, and complete a final check so tools or personal items are not left behind.
